By visiting Harbour Fun Park, purchasing tickets, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Harbour Fun Park Inc. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not visit our park or use our services.

2. Park Admission and Tickets

Admission to Harbour Fun Park requires a valid ticket. All tickets are subject to availability and seasonal operating schedules. The following terms apply to all ticket purchases:

• Tickets are valid only for the date specified unless otherwise noted
• Season passes are valid for the entire operating season as defined by park management
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law
• Children under 2 years of age receive free admission
• Group discounts are available for parties of 15 or more with advance booking

3. Safety Requirements and Restrictions

The safety of our guests is our top priority. All visitors must comply with posted safety requirements and instructions from park staff. The following safety guidelines must be observed:

• Height and age restrictions apply to certain attractions and will be strictly enforced
• Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations should consult attraction warnings
• Loose articles must be secured or stored before riding attractions
• Flash photography and video recording are prohibited on moving attractions
• Guests must remain seated and keep hands and feet inside ride vehicles at all times
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the park except in designated areas
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for special dietary needs and baby formula

4. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following behavior is expected:

• Respectful treatment of other guests, staff, and park property
• Appropriate attire must be worn at all times (shirts and shoes required)
• Profanity, aggressive behavior, or harassment will not be tolerated
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry or removed
• Line jumping, saving places, or disruptive queue behavior is prohibited
• Commercial photography or videography requires prior written permission

5. Limitation of Liability

Harbour Fun Park Inc. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your visit to the park. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and follow all applicable safety standards and regulations as required by Canadian law.

6. Weather and Operating Conditions

Park operations are subject to weather conditions, maintenance requirements, and other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to close attractions, modify operating hours, or close the park entirely for safety reasons. In case of inclement weather, no refunds will be provided, but rain checks may be issued at management's discretion. Seasonal pass holders will receive extended validity periods for weather-related closures.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed within Harbour Fun Park and on our website are owned by Harbour Fun Park Inc. or our licensors. Guests may take personal photographs for non-commercial use but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. The Harbour Fun Park name, logo, and all associated branding are protected trademarks.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Canadian privacy laws. Security cameras operate throughout the park for safety and security purposes. Personal information collected during ticket purchases and park visits is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By visiting our park, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

9. Changes to Terms

Harbour Fun Park reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your visit to Harbour Fun Park will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario.
